About Spotted You!
Spotted You! is a nearby game from Hi There Studio: match avatars to real people in the same place. By using the App you agree to these terms.
Nearby play
When you stay in the game, Spotted You! uses Bluetooth to find nearby players and share game updates. We do not track your GPS location for discovery.
Your profile
You sign in with Snapchat. Your Snapchat display name and Bitmoji appear as your player profile so others nearby can recognize you. Rankings need an internet connection. You can hide yourself from local rankings in Profile.
Be respectful
Be kind in public spaces. Do not use Spotted You! to harass, stalk, or endanger anyone.
Spotted You! is not for children. Do not share sexual or exploitative content involving minors.
Fair play
Play with people who are okay joining in. Turn off “Stay in the game” when you no longer want to be found.
Avatars
Your in-game avatar is your Bitmoji from Snapchat. Nearby players see it so they can match it to you in person. Snapchat remains subject to Snap's terms.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy, including how to request deletion.
