Request deletion
If you signed in to Spotted You! with Snapchat, you can ask Hi There Studio to delete the account data we store for your player profile.
What we delete
On a verified request we delete or anonymize your Spotted You! profile data on our servers, including display name, Bitmoji avatar URL, player identifiers tied to your Snapchat login, and related ranking / spot records we control. Deleting Spotted You! data does not delete your Snapchat account; manage that in the Snapchat app.
How to request
- Email xuxiaolai@hotmail.com from an address you can check.
- Use the subject line: Spotted You! data deletion request.
- Include your Spotted You! display name. If you know your Snap external id used in the App, include it to help us locate your record.
Timing
We aim to confirm and complete deletion within 30 days of a verifiable request. We may ask a short follow-up question to confirm identity before deleting data.
